Salaries in Georgia
Median advertised salary by field and city. Every figure carries the number of ads behind it.
These are salaries employers put in an ad, not salaries anybody was paid. Useful as a starting point, not as a contract.

All fields together. Smaller cities carry few ads, so the figure is weaker there - check n.

How this is calculated
- 2,326 listings were read; 1,133 of them are used - those quoting a monthly salary in GEL. Collected 5 September 2026.
- Day rates, ads priced in foreign currency (almost all of them jobs abroad) and figures below 100 or above 30,000 GEL were excluded.
- The median is shown, not the average - one high ad drags an average, not a median. The range is the middle half (25th to 75th percentile), not min to max.
- A group with fewer than 8 ads is not published at all.

Salary calculatorFrequently asked questions
Are these real salaries?
No. This is what employers publish in a vacancy ad. Actual pay can be higher or lower, especially where a bonus or commission is involved.
Where does the data come from?
From the public vacancy section of ss.ge, collected once. The page shows a stored snapshot and calls nothing at runtime.
Why the median and not the average?
A few high figures pull an average upwards. The median is the salary with half the ads above it and half below - closer to what you would actually meet.
Why are some fields missing?
A field is published only when there are enough ads. A median over three ads is a rumour, not a statistic.
When was this updated?
The data was collected 5 September 2026. That date is printed on the page so nobody reads it six months later as today's figure.
