Terms and conditions

1. General terms

These terms and conditions (hereinafter - the "Terms") govern the use of the biznesebi.ge website (hereinafter - the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms in full.

The Platform is a multifunctional business ecosystem that includes: a business directory, a B2B marketplace, tenders, deals and discounts, job listings, city guides, collections, reviews and ratings, AI search and other services.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. In the event of changes, the updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the changes.

Use of the Platform is permitted only for persons who have reached the age of 18, or, with the consent of a legal representative, for persons who have reached the age of 16.

2. User accounts and authentication

Registration on the Platform is possible using the following methods:

• By phone number: by verifying a one-time code (OTP) received via SMS
• With a Google account: through the Google OAuth 2.0 service

Each individual may hold only one account. Transferring an account to another person is prohibited. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all actions taken through it.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an account if any clause of these Terms has been breached. If an account is blocked, the user is informed of the reason and has the opportunity to appeal by writing to [email protected].

A user has the right to delete their account at any time from the settings section or by writing to [email protected]. After an account is deleted, personal data is erased within 30 days.

3. Business listings

Adding a business to the Platform is free. The business owner or an authorised representative is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, including:

• business name, description and category
• address, phone, email and website
• opening hours
• photos and logo
• geographic coordinates (the marker on the map)

Publishing false, misleading or unlawful information is prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to delete or amend any listing that breaches these Terms or the legislation of Georgia.

A business is prohibited from:

• creating a listing in the name of someone else's business
• providing false contact details or a false address
• spreading false information in order to discredit a competitor
• creating multiple listings for one and the same business

4. Paid plans and payments

The Platform offers free and paid subscription plans. When a paid plan is purchased, the business receives additional features in accordance with the description of the plan.

4.1. Payment methods

Payment is carried out through the following systems:

• TBC Pay - the online payment system of TBC Bank
• BOG iPay - the internet payment system of the Bank of Georgia

Payment is processed directly through the bank's certified system. biznesebi.ge does not store bank card data.

4.2. Cancellation and refunds

A plan can be cancelled at any time. Within the first 7 calendar days from purchase a full refund is possible. After 7 days the amount already paid is not refunded, but the service continues to operate until the end of the active period.

A refund can be requested by writing to [email protected]. The amount is returned using the same payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Reviews policy

Reviews must reflect the user's real experience. The following is prohibited:

• false or misleading reviews
• abusive, discriminatory or obscene content
• spam or advertising in the form of a review
• a negative review written by a competitor in order to discredit a business
• reviews of one and the same business from multiple accounts
• a review written in exchange for financial benefit
• a review of their own business by its owner or an employee
• disclosure of personal information (phone, address) in a review

The Platform reserves the right to delete any review that breaches the rules stated above. A business owner can report an inappropriate review for consideration.

Photos uploaded with reviews must be authentic and taken by the user. Using other people's photos is prohibited.

6. B2B marketplace

The B2B marketplace allows businesses to publish products and services for sale, and other businesses - to send an inquiry to the supplier.

6.1. Publishing a listing

• a listing must contain an accurate description, the price and photos
• publishing unlawful, false or misleading products/services is prohibited
• the price must correspond to reality - deliberately stating a low price in order to attract customers is prohibited
• the business is responsible for the quality of the published product/service

6.2. Inquiries

• an inquiry must be made in good faith and reflect genuine interest
• sending spam or automated inquiries is prohibited
• the supplier is obliged to answer an inquiry within a reasonable time

6.3. Liability

biznesebi.ge is not a party to the transaction between a buyer and a seller. The Platform provides only a communication channel. Any deal, payment or delivery takes place directly between the parties, and the Platform bears no responsibility for disputes that arise.

7. Tenders

The tender service allows businesses to post requests for specific products or services, and other businesses - to submit offers.

• a tender must contain an accurate description, the budget and the deadlines
• posting fake tenders is prohibited (for the purpose of scouting competitors' prices or any other bad-faith purpose)
• an offer must comply with the requirements of the tender
• the party announcing the tender is free to accept or reject an offer

biznesebi.ge is not a party to the tender process and bears no responsibility for disputes arising between the parties.

8. Deals and discounts

Businesses can publish deals, discounts, coupons, 1+1 offers and other special offers.

• the description of the deal, the prices, the size of the discount and the validity period must be accurate
• fake discounts are prohibited (e.g. raising the price in advance and then announcing a "discount")
• the business is obliged to honour the published terms of a deal during its validity period
• expired deals are deactivated automatically

biznesebi.ge bears no responsibility for a business failing to honour the terms of a deal it has offered. A user can report an inappropriate deal for consideration.

9. Job listings

Businesses can publish job listings on their business profile.

• the description of a job must be accurate and complete (position, requirements, remuneration)
• discriminatory job listings are prohibited (on the grounds of sex, age, ethnicity, religion or any other characteristic)
• fake job listings, or listings published in order to collect personal data, are prohibited
• a job listing must comply with the labour legislation of Georgia

biznesebi.ge is not an employment agency and does not take part in the hiring process. The Platform only provides the means to publish job listings.

10. City guides

City guides are editorial content prepared by the biznesebi.ge editorial team. Guides may mention specific businesses as recommendations.

• the information given in the guides is informational in nature and does not constitute advertising
• the editorial team reserves the right to select and amend the content of the guides
• copying or reproducing the content of the guides without permission is prohibited

11. Collections

Collections are sets of businesses grouped by theme. Users can save businesses to bookmarks in order to build a personal list.

• the content of the collections is selected by the editorial team
• inclusion in a collection does not mean that the Platform endorses the business

12. AI search

The Platform offers a search function powered by artificial intelligence, which helps users find businesses using natural language.

• AI search results are generated automatically and may not be 100% accurate
• AI search does not constitute professional advice (medical, legal or financial)
• queries entered into AI search may be processed in order to improve the service

13. Content and intellectual property

The design, logo, code, city guides, collections and other editorial content of the Platform (other than content created by users) are the intellectual property of biznesebi.ge and are protected by copyright.

Content uploaded by users and businesses (photos, texts, reviews, listings, job listings, deals) remains their property, but by uploading it to the Platform the user grants biznesebi.ge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content for:

• displaying it on the Platform
• including it in the search index
• sharing it on social networks (as part of promoting the business)
• including it in collections and guides

A user has the right to delete their content from the Platform at any time.

14. Prohibited activities

When using the Platform, the following is prohibited:

• automated scanning or scraping of the Platform, or bulk downloading of data
• DDoS attacks or deliberate disruption of the Platform's operation
• unauthorised access to another user's account
• sending spam through reviews, inquiries or messages
• uploading or distributing malicious software code
• creating fake accounts (bots, multiple accounts)
• using the Platform for unlawful purposes
• copying content to other websites without permission
• uploading copyright-protected content without permission

If prohibited activities are detected, the account may be blocked without prior warning.

15. Limitation of liability

biznesebi.ge is an information platform and an intermediary service. We bear no responsibility for:

• the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by businesses
• disputes or losses arising between a business and a user
• transactions between a buyer and a seller on the B2B marketplace
• disputes arising between the parties taking part in tenders
• a business failing to honour the terms of a deal
• the accuracy of job listings or the hiring process
• the content of reviews left by users
• the accuracy or completeness of AI search results
• disruptions caused by temporary unavailability of the Platform
• disruptions of third-party services (payment systems, SMS)

16. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently cancel any account that:

• breaches these Terms
• spreads spam or false content
• threatens the operation of the Platform or other users
• is used for unlawful purposes

If an account is cancelled, the user's personal data is erased within the period provided for by law. Business listings, marketplace listings, deals and job listings connected to the account are deactivated.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the legislation of Georgia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be considered by the courts of Georgia.

18. Changes to the Terms

biznesebi.ge reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, users will be informed by a notification on the Platform.

By continuing to use the Platform after the changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
