Annual leave calculator
Three questions at once: how many days are left, which day you are back at work, and what you get paid. Every figure carries its article.
Days
The law sets a minimum - მუხლი 31.1. A contract may give more.

Leave is counted in working days, so a weekend or a public holiday falling inside it does not consume one. Holidays come from Labour Code art. 30.
Leave pay

Frequently asked questions
How many days am I entitled to?
At least 24 working days a year (art. 31.1). That is a floor - a contract may give more, never less.
Does a public holiday eat a leave day?
No. Leave is counted in working days and a public holiday is not a working day. The calculator accounts for this and moves the return date accordingly.
How is leave pay calculated?
Under art. 36: from the average pay of the 3 months before the leave, or from the last month if you are on a fixed monthly wage. The daily rate divides by the working days of the month, not by 30.
When do I become entitled to leave?
Art. 34 defines what counts towards the right to demand leave: time actually worked plus idle time caused by the employer. Unexcused absence and unpaid leave longer than 7 working days do not count.
What about unpaid leave?
At least 15 calendar days a year (art. 31.2). The employer has to be notified in advance (art. 33).
