Description

MTG represents Metro Trans Logistics LLC in Georgia, delivering expedited transportation services across the United States and Canada. Since 2017, we have built a large-scale network of carriers and partners. As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our internal processes, driver support, and dispatch operations.

Role Summary
We are looking for a Communications Manager / Dispatch Trainee to manage and improve communication between the company and our driver network.
In addition to communication responsibilities, the selected candidate will be trained in freight dispatching and will gradually become involved in day-to-day dispatch operations. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in the U.S. transportation and logistics industry.
Working Schedule: Every other day
Working Hours: 2:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Tbilisi time)

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain consistent communication with company drivers and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Support drivers during active shipments and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve driver engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to evaluate driver experience and service quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve internal communication and operational processes.
  • Identify communication gaps and propose practical improvements.
  • Prepare reports and updates regarding driver feedback and operational performance.
  • Assist in drafting internal policies, bulletins, and updates for drivers.
  • Learn the company's dispatch procedures and transportation management processes.
  • Assist the dispatch team with shipment tracking, driver communication, load updates, and operational coordination.
  • Gradually take on additional dispatch responsibilities after completing the required training.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in communications, customer service, logistics, or operations is preferred.
  • Fluent English — both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with drivers and customers.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using messaging platforms, internal systems, and computer-based tools.
  • Willingness to learn freight dispatching and develop within the transportation industry.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
